Ms. Sacco practices in the Firm’s Toxic Torts & Products Liability and Pharmaceutical Products Liability groups and specializes in the defense of complex serial and mass tort litigation. She works with local counsel and other firms across the country on the defense of nationwide litigation, including the defense of personal injury litigation involving pharmaceutical products and workplace exposures. Ms. Sacco was named e-discovery liaison in recent federal products liability litigation. She has broad experience with evolving corporate electronic document preservation and production obligations. Ms. Sacco was a member of the William & Mary School of Law's Journal of Women and the Law.
