Mr. Gausepohl works in the Firm’s Toxic Torts & Products Liability group, focusing in the areas of medical device defense and chemical-related mass tort litigation. His mass tort work includes the defense of cases involving polychlorinated biphenyls (“PCBs”), asbestos, and vinyl chloride. Mr. Gausepohl also has experience in employment dispute resolution, litigation relating to real property claims, business-related contractual and tort matters, and mass tort claims.

Mr. Gausepohl was Associate Editor of the Maryland Law Review and served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Ellen M. Heller of the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI).
