Mr. Dhindsa practices in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. He has represented clients in both state and federal courts in multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical products cases, including class actions and multidistrict litigation. Mr. Dhindsa has managed all aspects of document production, expert witness development, trial preparation, and the creation of complex trial graphics.

Mr. Dhindsa served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lawrence F. Rodowsky of the Court of Appeals of Maryland.

Mr. Dhindsa serves as the President of Maryland Leadership Workshops, Inc. (MLW), a state-aided educational institution in partnership with Leadership Maryland (on which he also serves as board member) and the Maryland Association of Student Councils. Mr. Dhindsa has been involved with the organization since 1985.
