Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Firm's Pharmaceutical Products group. He presently works primarily on the case-specific defense of the serial bisphosphonate cases centralized in the Middle District of Tennessee as multidistrict litigation. Mr. Sullivan's experience includes arguing a case before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and co-drafting an amicus curiae brief to the Supreme Court of the United States on federal preemption issues.

Mr. Sullivan joined the Firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Myron H. Bright of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. During his clerkship, Mr. Sullivan worked on cases on appeal before the Sixth Circuit, Eighth Circuit, and Ninth Circuit. He previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Leonard N. Zito of the Court of Common Pleas of Northampton County, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Sullivan served as Managing Editor of the Georgetown Journal on Poverty Law & Policy. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and he reports on significant appellate jurisdiction and procedure cases from the District of Columbia Circuit and Federal Circuit as Regional Editor of Certworthy (the newsletter of the DRI Appellate Advocacy Committee).
