He has been involved in trade secret, copyright, and patent infringement litigation involving network certification and accreditation software; patent infringement litigation involving major Internet service provider Internet browsing software; misappropriation of trade secrets litigation involving voice data link technology; patent litigation involving alleging infringement of patent directed to oncogene; patent litigation alleging infringement of patents directed to consumer paper products; antitrust litigation in Federal Trade Commission involving post-merger challenge of corporate acquisition in market for structural analysis software; and antitrust litigation involving market for aircraft navigational equipment. His practice extends into insurance coverage disputes and serial products defense.
