Mr. Housholder is a member of the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. He recently assisted with a major Daubert victory in a highly contested matter involving a topical prescription drug, and he works on international litigation involving thousands of plaintiffs and allegations of eco-terrorism. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Housholder served as a law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge William P. Lynch of the District of New Mexico and Chief United States District Judge Mark E. Fuller of the Middle District of Alabama. He served as Managing Editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review.
