Mr. Sanchez practices in the Firm's Toxic Torts & Products Liability group. He defends property damage and personal injury lawsuits, including alleged eco-terrorism claims involving international plaintiffs. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury cases tried to verdict.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Sanchez was a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps. He served as a judge advocate and was assigned to duties as a defense counsel, prosecutor, and appellate counsel and was appointed as a Special Assistant to the U.S. Attorney. As an appellate defense counsel, Mr. Sanchez presented oral arguments to appellate courts and appealed cases up to the United States Supreme Court. Some examples of the complex cases that Mr. Sanchez litigated include the appeal of a flight mishap case, which involved the deaths of twenty people in Italy after a military aircraft cut the cable of their ski lift, trials to verdict involving military service members who refused to take the anthrax vaccine, and a death penalty appeal.

Mr. Sanchez has received the Meritorious Service Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Medal, among other awards. He is a native Spanish speaker.
