Mr. Schiller is a member of the Firm's Toxic Torts & Products Liability group. He has extensive experience representing pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies in products liability and consumer fraud litigation with a focus on consolidated state court and MDL proceedings. Mr. Schiller has managed several pretrial discovery teams and he has expertise in electronic discovery issues. He assisted as coordinating counsel in a nationally recognized multi-plaintiff trial. His pre-trial work includes briefing Frye challenges and responses.

As part of his pro bono commitment, Mr. Schiller served as lead trial counsel in three Section 1983 cases alleging abuse of prison inmates. One successful case resulted in an opinion holding that the Prison Litigation Reform Act does not compel a mandatory 25% contribution from a successful litigant. See Parker v. Conway, 581 F.3d 198 (3d Cir. 2009).

Mr. Schiller was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and a member of the Georgetown Moot Court Team.
