Mr. Manor’s practice focuses on biomedical, scientific and other technical issues in products liability, toxic torts, and pharmaceutical defense matters. Mr. Manor has special expertise in preparing expert witnesses for testimony and developing defense trial strategies on complex environmental health and biomedical issues. He has an extensive working knowledge of pharmacology, epidemiology, cardiovascular diseases, carcinogenesis, health physics, cellular biochemistry, neurology, molecular genetics, teratology, toxicology, immunology, endocrinology, and the principles of causal inference. He has worked with leading researchers, physicians, and academicians, including Nobel laureates, from the United States and other countries.

Mr. Manor’s experience includes litigation related to pharmaceutical products, non-ionizing electric and magnetic fields, chemical contamination, Naturally Occurring Radioactive Materials (NORM), scientific integrity, air quality compliance, and other scientific and medical issues. This litigation (including precedent-setting “cancerphobia” cases) routinely implicates environmental, public health, natural resources, engineering and other areas of technical expertise. Mr. Manor also has counseled petrochemical, communications, pharmaceutical, trade association, manufacturing, utility, and other clients, including businesses in Australia and Canada, on regulatory issues and strategies to reduce legal liability and the risk of litigation.
