Mr. Malinowski works in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. He focuses his practice primarily in the area of medical device and pharmaceutical products liability defense and associated regulatory counseling, though he has gained broad experience in groundwater and soil contamination cases as well. He works closely with experts in various disciplines, including general surgery and urology. Mr. Malinowski has been instrumental in the successful resolution of many of the Firm’s complex toxics and medical device cases, including Daubert summary dispositions and trials. He often works on serial litigation, and he has helped clients effectively respond to massive multi-national discovery.
