Hollingsworth LLP is committed to contributing to the improvement and well-being of our community by performing pro bono legal and charitable services. Our attorneys and staff provide volunteer legal services and support to low-income and underrepresented members of our community on a wide range of issues, including the protection of rights and interests of the elderly, children, veterans, immigrants, and the homeless.

Partners and associates work together to provide high quality representation of pro bono clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Attorneys also provide legal counseling for our clients and negotiate settlements on their behalf. Recent cases have involved wills and powers of attorney, child custody disputes, veterans' disability benefits, political asylum, animal cruelty, and the Freedom of Information Act. As a sign of the Firm's support, up to 100 hours of each attorney's pro bono work is treated as billable time when evaluating annual performance.

Beyond legal services, the Firm financially supports local and national pro bono legal service providers. We also participate in community service activities, such as the School Partnership program, food and clothing drives, disaster relief efforts, the annual Lawyers Have Heart run, and Breast Cancer Awareness events.
