Joe Hollingsworth Speaks at Mass Tort Global Settlement Architecture Conference

May 2, 2019

On May 2, 2019, Joe Hollingsworth spoke at Perrin's Mass Tort Global Settlement Architecture Conference, chaired by Ken Feinberg and Debbie Greenspan.  The all-day conference was held at The Westin Washington, DC City Center.  Mr. Hollingsworth was a panelist on "MDL: What Are Judges Looking For?"

Mr. Hollingsworth represents major manufacturers in the defense of serial products liability claims involving tens of thousands of litigants and an array of pharmaceutical, medical device, chemical, and consumer products.  These matters include MDLs, serial litigations, and mass torts, such as the Roundup® herbicide litigation (Monsanto/Bayer), the Omniscan™ contrast dye litigation (General Electric), and the Zometa®/Aredia® bisphosphonate litigation (Novartis).  He appears frequently as a lecturer and is consulted by media interests about complex litigation and about the importance of sound science in the courtroom.
