Partner Ranjit S. Dhindsa addresses 6th International Workshop on Advances in the Molecular Pharmacology and Therapeutics of Bone Disease

June 28, 2014-July 2, 2014

Firm Partner Ranjit S. Dhindsa addressed Oxford University's 6th International Workshop on Advances in the Molecular Pharmacology and Therapeutics of Bone Disease at St. Catherine's College, Oxford University, United Kingdom.

This meeting involved scientists inside the pharmaceutical industry and leading scientists throughout the world in academia.  Mr. Dhindsa discussed medical-legal issues and the intersection of law and science.

This workshop was the sixth in a series that started in 2003.  It is intended to provide a basis for understanding the molecular mechanisms of drugs known to act on the skeleton, and a rational basis for developing novel therapies in the future, based on some of the remarkable recent advances in the genetics and biology of bone.

The meeting was interactive and international, with speakers who are leaders of their fields in academia and industry.  The delightful campus setting of St. Catherine's College provided excellent opportunities for productive interactions among all participants.
