Ann Czyzewski graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law where she was on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Sports and Entertainment Law Journal and was on the Extramural Moot Court team. She worked as a Research Assistant for a UVA Law professor, researching federal common law and scholarly articles to evaluate use of strict scrutiny in the equal protection doctrine, and analyzing state laws governing standards for discretionary appellate jurisdiction. Ms. Czyzewski earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice Studies and Philosophy, summa cum laude, from Bellarmine University, where she was President of the Mock Trial Team.
Monica Overturf earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where she was Submissions Editor of the Journal of Law & Politics and worked as a Research Assistant to a UVA professor of law. She served as an Intern at the Disability Law Center of Virginia in Richmond, where she researched and authored a legal manual on special education laws in Virginia, and also worked as a Writing Assistant at the University of Virginia Writing Center. Ms. Overturf graduated, summa cum laude, from Northern Arizona University, with a B.S. in Political Science and minors in Law, Rights & Justice, and English.
Abigail M. Reecer is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center where she was the Website and Technology Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. She worked as a Legal Extern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Organized Crime and Gang Section, researching federal racketeering laws and drafting memoranda on issues arising in federal racketeering prosecutions. She also served as a Legal Associate at Freedom Technologies, Inc., where she led the writing and research of analysis on technological innovation affecting client equities, including U.S./China relations, 5G, and commercial spectrum requirements. Ms. Reecer graduated, magna cum laude, from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Fermentation Science and Technology.
Dina Truncali graduated from George Washington University Law School where she was Senior Production Editor of the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law. She worked as a Student Attorney, Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic, representing indigent tenants in the Landlord Tenant Branch of D.C. Superior Court. She served as a Law Clerk at The Golan Firm, preparing legal memoranda on deceptive labeling, false advertising, data privacy, and certification issues. She also worked as a Legal Intern for the Administrative Conference of the United States, drafting legal memoranda on current issues in administrative law. Ms. Truncali earned her Master of Public Administration and her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Binghamton University.
