Two Attorneys Elected to the Partnership
Hollingsworth LLP is pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2020, Marchello Gray and Grant Hollingsworth have become partners of the Firm.
Marchello D. Gray defends manufacturers in a wide range of products liability and toxic tort matters and has experience in all facets of the litigation process. He has defended corporate clients in multiple lawsuits, including a multi-plaintiff case involving the explosion of an underground natural gas pipeline, and a multi-plaintiff case involving airborne contaminants. He defended a corporate client in a catastrophic wrongful death suit stemming from an industrial plant accident and was subsequently on the trial team that obtained a multi-million dollar verdict for the company in an indemnity suit. Mr. Gray is named as a "Rising Star" in the 2019 Washington, DC edition of Super Lawyers.
Grant W. Hollingsworth's practice focuses on complex civil litigation. He has substantial experience preparing company witnesses and scientific experts for deposition and trial. He regularly deposes plaintiffs' experts as well as fact witnesses and has experience crafting affirmative, aggressive discovery of opposing and third parties. Mr. Hollingsworth has experience in government investigations, including state and federal investigations regarding alleged fraud. He also has employment law experience, defending a client against allegations of stolen proprietary information and defamation in federal court.
