Gregory H. Eng practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.
Mr. Eng earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Co-President of the Asian Pacific Law Student Association, Editor of the Journal of Law and Politics, and a member of the Appellate Litigation Clinic.
As part of the UVA Appellate Litigation Clinic, Mr. Eng worked on a team that drafted and filed appeals for pro bono clients in multiple federal circuits. As part of his work there, he collaborated with a small team to draft and file a successful Fourth Circuit appellate brief concerning municipal liability under Monell, and successfully argued an employment discrimination appeal in the Fourth Circuit regarding termination standards and hostile work environment claims.
Mr. Eng was a member of the Firm's 2021 Summer Associate class. As a 2020 Summer Associate at another firm, he prepared jury instructions for a contract litigation trial, drafted a successful EEOC position statement regarding an ADA action, and assisted attorneys in interviewing and preparing witnesses.
Mr. Eng graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science and Minor in History.
