Rick Hauptman works in the Toxic Torts & Products Liability, Pharmaceutical Products, and Complex Litigation practice groups and is a member of the Firm’s trial team engaged in the serial litigation over an EPA-approved herbicide.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Hauptman was in private practice engaged in document review and production on complex litigation, investigation, and regulatory matters. He has extensive experience in E-Discovery on Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Justice, and Federal Trade Commission matters. He is also experienced in pharmaceutical investigations, employment matters, contract litigation, and disputes under the Federal Maritime Act. He has served as the lead attorney for E-Discovery reviews and has worked on large-scale securities cases and investigations.
Mr. Hauptman is admitted in Washington, DC and New York. He obtained his J.D. from Tulane Law School and graduated from the University of Rochester with a B.A. in Economics and Political Science.
