Deborah A. Mack is a Staff Attorney practicing in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and other tasks relating to the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation.
Ms. Mack has extensive experience in electronic discovery and document review both in private practice and for the federal government. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked at the Federal Reserve Board, Legal Department and the U.S. Department of the Interior, Indian Trust Litigation Office, as well as at private practice firms. Her litigation experience includes drafting pleadings, assisting in trial preparation, and second-chairing at trial in the areas of family law, estates, and small business transactions, among others.
Ms. Mack received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center where she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Torts. She graduated cum laude from Eastern Washington University with a B.A. in Government.
