Daniel J. Murner practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.

Mr. Murner is a 2018 graduate of Georgetown Law where he was on the Barristers’ Council, Appellate Advocacy Division, and a participant in Law Students in Court. During law school he worked as a Legal Intern for the Honorable Victor Wolski of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, conducting legal research, writing bench memoranda, and drafting judicial opinions on a variety of civil cases.  Before law school Mr. Murner worked as Deputy Press Secretary for the U.S. House Committee on Education and the Workforce, assisting in the development of labor relations and employment messaging strategy for the Chairman and committee members.  He also worked as Political Director for a U.S. Congressional race in Louisville, KY, creating and executing strategy for voter outreach, among other responsibilities.

Mr. Murner graduated, cum laude, with a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College, where he was a two-time NCAA All-American in Cross Country & Track.  He was a member of the Firm's 2017 Summer Associate class.
