Simon Nagel practices in the Firm's Complex Litigation, Toxic Torts & Products Liability, E-Discovery, and Investigations groups. He advises clients and Firm leadership on complex discovery issues surrounding large litigations and government investigations. He is a member of the Firm's trial team engaged in the serial litigation over an EPA-approved herbicide and also works on discovery and E-Discovery matters across multiple Firm client matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Nagel was in private practice where he analyzed clients' preservation efforts in response to product liability matters and government investigations. He acted as lead E-Discovery counsel on multi-jurisdictional product liability, commercial, and patent matters, drafted and negotiated ESI protocols and ancillary agreements, and had oversight of end-to-end offensive and defensive document review and production. He has also advised law firm leadership and clients on E-Discovery legal requirements and best practices.
Mr. Nagel earned his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State.
