Abigail M. Reecer practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups.

Ms. Reecer graduated from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was Website and Technology Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics, and was a Legal Research & Writing Fellow.  During law school, she worked as a Legal Extern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Organized Crime and Gang Section, Criminal Division, conducting research on federal racketeering laws and drafting motions and memoranda on issues arising in related federal prosecutions.  She also served as a Legal Associate for Freedom Technologies, Inc., where she wrote comments on behalf of clients before the FCC, and researched and analyzed developing policy initiatives, including legislation, rulemaking proceedings, and international standards.

Ms. Reecer graduated magna cum laude from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Fermentation Science and Technology.  While at CSU, she worked as an Accounting Assistant at the Colorado State University Energy Institute, and also as an Information Technology Associate at the Colorado State University Health Network, where she implemented upgrades of personal computers and operating systems, and solved several system-wide functionality and performance issues.

Ms. Reecer was a member of the Firm's 2020 Summer Associate Class.
