Priti Saini is a Staff Attorney practicing in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and other tasks relating to the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation. Ms. Saini was previously with the Firm as a member of the Firm’s document management team.
Prior to rejoining the Firm, Ms. Saini was a solo practitioner, whose practice focused extensively on providing clients with e-discovery services in a wide range of cases, including large litigation and Competition Bureau matters. Her clients were among Canada’s leading document review services firms specializing in e-discovery, information governance, and the management of digital information. She has experience in all aspects of e-discovery, from document review and the use of Technology Assisted Review tools for greater efficiency to project management and document production.
Ms. Saini served as Vice-Chair on the Board of Directors for Homeless Connect Toronto, an annual event which aims to combat the growing epidemic of homelessness in Canada’s largest city.
