Gena R. Tayman is a Staff Attorney practicing in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and other tasks relating to the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation.
Ms. Tayman has extensive experience in large-scale discovery in both antitrust and fraud cases, including deposition and exhibit preparation, managing massive discovery responses, and review and analysis of medical records and plaintiff fact sheets. She also has experience working on settlement matters for mass tort and MDL liability claims, assuring compliance with federal, state, and private lien interests regarding settlement disbursements.
Ms. Tayman received her J.D. from Duquesne Law School and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Economics.
