Gretal J. Toker is a Staff Attorney practicing in the Firm’s Pharmaceutical Products and Toxic Torts & Products Liability groups. Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research and writing, analysis of information for depositions and discovery, and other tasks relating to the defense of mass tort claims in complex litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Toker represented technology, retail, and manufacturing companies, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements on a broad range of consumer and commercial matters and advising on domestic and international privacy and consumer protection law matters. She also has experience with large-scale e-document review and analysis.
Ms. Toker worked as Assistant General Counsel and Practice Area Manager, and later as Chief Counsel, for AOL, leading the non-European international practice as well as heading up a variety of legal department practice areas, including real estate, construction, finance, and licensing and other procurement activities.
