Dina N. Truncali practices in the Firm’s Complex Litigation, Pharmaceutical Products, and Toxic Torts and Products Liability groups.
Ms. Truncali is a member of the Firm’s trial team engaged in working up and trying cases in the serial litigation over Roundup herbicide. Her responsibilities include developing expert witnesses for deposition and trial, drafting dispositive motions, and advising the trial team regarding the presentation of science-based issues. Understanding that the practice of law can be impactful and have a significant effect on the lives of people and businesses, she is known to be a critical and logical thinker and takes a holistic view of cases to find the best possible outcome.
Ms. Truncali graduated from George Washington University Law School. During law school, she was a Legal Intern at the District of Columbia Office of Zoning, as well as for the Administrative Conference of the United States. She also worked as a Law Clerk for a private firm where she conducted research, drafted responses to motions for summary judgment in federal district court, and prepared documents for production. She rounded out her law school experience working as a Student Attorney for the Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic of Rising for Justice and serving as Senior Production Editor of the Journal of Environmental and Energy Law.
Ms. Truncali was a member of the Firm’s 2020 Summer Associate class.
